Charles is a co-founder of Argonaut. He has a distinguished track record in M&A, advisory and equity capital markets transactions. Charles was previously Managing Director, Investment Banking with the global firm of CIBC World Markets. Prior to that he was a Director of Hartley Poynton and Senior Partner of KPMG.

Charles is regarded as one of WA's leading M&A Advisors. He has also been involved in a number of significant capital raisings having raised over $1 billion for clients.

In addition to his role as Chairman, Charles is Head of Corporate and has primary responsibility for Argonaut's activities with service companies and contractors, agribusiness and special situations. He also chairs the Deals Committee, which approves all transactions undertaken by Argonaut.
