Nick has joined the Argonaut Team to set up our Debt Advisory division. He recently returned to Perth having spent the past 8 years working at the Royal Bank of Scotland in their Corporate Financing and Risk Solutions unit based in London.

He has extensive experience in multi-product fund raising solutions, capital structuring advice, strategic hedging, rating advisory and company valuations.

A selection of Nick’s recent transactional experience includes: Porsche (Germany) financing to acquire Volkswagen, Grainger (UK) Real Estate PtP, ENCE (Spain/ Uruguay) Pulp Mill project finance debt advisory and hedging, and SATS (Singapore) capital structure advice to executive board.
