Adam is Legal Counsel to Argonaut, as well as being responsible for the management of Argonaut’s capital raisings, and providing assistance to Argonaut’s M&A team.  He is also a member of the Argonaut Deals Committee. 

Before joining Argonaut, Adam was a member of the ANZ Bank’s Wealth Management Division, after which Adam spent several years practising at Allens Arthur Robinson where, as a member of the firm’s M&A and Capital Markets group, he worked on a number of Australian and cross-border capital raisings and M&A activity.  In that role, Adam was involved in some of Australia’s most significant corporate transactions.
